Meet our staff

Stephen has been in the automotive industry for over 20 years and started his dealership career as a Service Advisor. He started with the Penske Automotive Group at Lexus of Warwick in 2011 as the Service & Parts Director and was promoted to General Manager in 2012. Stephen was born and raised in Rhode Island, but also loves to travel to other areas when time allows. Spending time with his wife and three children is his favorite past time. Professionally, he prides himself in being focused on giving his guests the experience they desire and deserve.

Karine has been with the Penske Automotive Group for 10 years. She started in 2009 as a Sales Consultant, and then she was promoted to a Finance Manager in 2013. Karine holds a Degree in Finance from Rhode Island College and she is Master Certified with the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals. Karine is originally from The Cape Verde Islands and has been residing in Rhode Island for 22 Years. When she is not working, Karine enjoys spending time with her family and in her garden, teaching her young daughter about the beauty of growing organic foods and tending to her Rose garden. Karine loves to practice Yoga and meditation. One of Karine's many strengths is her great customer service skills. She goes beyond expectations to deliver an excellent service to each one of her customers.*I speak Portuguese and Spanish*

Karen has been working in the automotive industry for 24 years. Of  which, 13 have been with Penske Automotive Group. Karen lives in Coventry with her loving partner, Dan and is mother to two grown boys.  She is a New England sports fan, in her free time she enjoys spending time with family and watching/attending Boston Bruins games. Karen and her team are committed to providing superior service to every customer, every visit.

Peppino is fluent in Italian. He was born in Italy and grew up working in the automotive industry. His father owned a Fiat dealer, and sparked his interest in cars. He traveled to America as a young adult continuing his life long career as an automotive service professional. Peppino has been with Lexus of Warwick for 15 years and prides himself in providing the absolute best quality of service.

Scott began his parts career in the automotive industry in 1976 part time at a small BMW, FIAT  dealer. From there he has worked with many different manufacturers but he finds Lexus to be the best of all of them. He is the longest tenured employee at Lexus of Warwick and is always willing to help customers and team members alike.
